About Me:
THE "DJEDI OF HOUSE" in Chicago. He does it first and all the other DJ’s fall for the DJEDI MIND TRICK. he has changed the sound of CHICAGO RADIO with his selection of House Muzic.
Not unlike other DeeJays, Big Will has a Love for the Muzic which transcends the love for a great beat. Big Will looks for the message in the muzic which provides and almost Zen/Spiritual uplifting to him and the audience he spins for . He began this relationship with instrumentals and vocals at the tender age 16 after sneaking in and eventually becoming a member of the MUZIC BOX. The Pied Piper of House, resident, RON HARDY quickly turn BIG WILL into a House Head in 1984. He’s been a guardian of the genre every since.
Big Will took the typical career route-College to Corporate America. Although gaining much financial success, he ruefully recalled better personal happiness-that in his Muzic Box party days and as a novice spin doctor in college. It was this epiphany that led Big Will to embark on a life of a professional disc jockey.
Now nearing a decade of experience, Big Will has honed his skills to include International and Urban Underground, progressive, gospel, Classic traditional House as well as soulful disco. He has extensive knowledge of Chicago night life scene having held several weekly residencies in Clubs all over CHICAGO.
